While many people drink Earl Grey without milk, if you are interested in making a London Fog at home, here are some loose guidelines: In one small saucepan, boil a small amount of water with one or two spoonfuls of Earl Grey tea until dark and concentrated. The goal is to have about 1/4 to 1/3 of your final drinking vessel filled with this strong Earl Grey. Separately, boil a saucepan of milk (or milk substitute) with vanilla extract to taste. If you would like to add an additional floral layer of flavor, boil a spoonful of our Lavender Lemon Mint tisane in with this milk. Strain out and combine in mug, sweeten to taste. A delicious London Fog!
