Return and Exchange Policy

Excerpted from Teaism’s Terms and Conditions page:

Seller cannot offer refunds or exchanges on packaged loose leaf tea or grocery items. Seller does not offer refunds on gift merchandise, but may exchange unused gift merchandise when returned by Buyer within 15 days of purchase. Buyer may not return Products without Seller’s express written permission, which may be given or withheld in Seller’s sole discretion. Final disposition of return credit is made by Seller in its sole discretion based on Seller’s evaluation.
