This organic oolong is produced around the Big Water Cave area of the Wuyi mountains in Fujian Province, China from a hybrid of Shui Hsien and Dwarf Oolong cultivars. Repeated and prolonged charcoal roasting and a unique terroir help give this tea a beautiful honey-like aroma and a brew with notes of stone fruit and a subtle minerality. Enjoy for multiple steepings or one long brew, as the leaf does not easily get bitter.
