Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil, is an herb used widely in Ayurvedic tradition. A clear, light, refreshing brew, this herb is often used as a digestive and to nourish the mind and body overall.

Tulsi is adaptogenic, meaning it helps the body adapt to stress. It is also believed to be beneficial for immunity, and the respiratory and circulatory system. Do not drink Tulsi if you are pregnant or have low blood sugar – it is always good to consult your healthcare provider if in doubt about consuming herbs.
