Account
"Account"
allows you complete control over your personal account details. Not only can you manage / edit all your personal details
like address, city, zip, state, country and password. You can update this information also. The email and password
information is required to login to the Teaism site. Apart from email field (read only) you can update all details.
Search
Search component allows you to search the types and categories of the products. You have to type a keyword into the text box provided and click "product search". A search results page is displayed with links to guide you to the appropriate details of the products displayed. The search result summary is displayed at the top of the search result page.
Forgot password
If you've forgotten your password, click the forgot password link. You will be prompted to submit your email id. After verification your password will be mailed to you.
Shopping Cart Instructions
Shop through our web site. As you find items you wish to purchase, press the "Add to Cart" button. When you do this you merely make up a list of items you are interested in. Think of this as your shopping cart basket. When you are finished, review your list or "basket" by pressing "cart" link from the top menu. When your cart contents are shown you have the option to delete and update any items. To change the quantity of an item in the cart, click on the "Update quantities". To delete an item click on the "Remove item". When you are finishing shopping, proceed to the checkout process by clicking on the "Proceed to check out" button.
Step 1 : Selecting a product
- Enter the shop by clicking the TEA SHOP link, above.
- Select a product category by clicking on a product category name in the center of the screen.
- Select a product by clicking on the specific product name.
- Each product link will take you to the product details page. You can view the product description, prices etc. and then add to your shopping cart.
- You can also return to the product listing page to browse for more variety.
Step 2 : Ordering a product
- Firstly after viewing the product details page you have to press "Add to Cart" button to add product in your shopping cart.
- Similarly you can return to the product details page and keep on adding the products to your shopping cart.
- There is provision for updating and clearing products in your cart
- You can also add a Tin to your cart or view the Tin product details by clicking the link.
- To update a quantity you have to write the quantity in the text box and press update button.
- To delete the product details from your shoping cart, you just have to press the "Remove Item" link.
- To purchase the product in your shopping cart you have to press the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
Step 3 : Using the Shopping Cart
- After pressing the "Add to cart" button or the CART button you will enter the Shopping Cart.
- Continue by clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button.
- To change the quantity of an item in the cart, enter the correct order quantity and click "Update quantities" button.
- To delete an item click on the "Remove item" in the quantity column.
- To purchase more products click on the "tea shop" link and repeat the above steps.
- When you are finishing shopping, proceed to the checkout process by clicking on the "Proceed to checkout" button.
Step 4 : Checking Out
- If you already have an account with us click on the Login link:
- Enter your Email ID
- Enter your password
- Continue by clicking on the Login button
- If you do not have an account with us click on - New users "Click here" to register.:
- Please fill in the form to register yourself with Teaism
- Enter a Email ID and a password to make future on-line purchases faster, this option is not required but will save you a lot of time the next time you would like to purchase one of our products.
- You DO NOT have to have an account with us to purchase products.
- Enter the billing address (fields marked with an asterisk are required).
- Fill the Personal Information field and select your profession.
- Enter your User Name and Password Information.
- Continue by clicking on the "Register" button
Step 5 : Shipping and billing information
Enter the name and address where you'd like us to ship your order. Please also indicate whether your billing address is the same as the shipping address entered. There is also an option to ship the order as a gift and gift wrap the order. You just have to check mark the box and additional cost of $1 will be charged. Account holder have to select a Shipping Method also. When you're done, click the Continue button.
Step 6 : Final Invoice
- Review your order information carefully.
- If everything looks ok, press Purchase to send the order to us.
- Account holders will also be given the opportunity to edit their account information by pressing the "Account" link:
- Make any desired changes to your account information
- There is also a provision for viewing the Previous Order. Account holders can also view their previous orders if they have any.
- The billing and shipping information will be also displayed.
- The account holders have to fill in their Payment options and then click purchase button.
- Please enter your credit card number details. We also accept other mode of payments. After you have completed your order, we'll e-mail you on confirmation of the order. You may also pay by check.
- The user will be provided with an order number and confirmation of their purchase.
- After verification of the account the goods will be shipped to the shipping address.
